Local taqueria closing, shifting focus to catering services
Órale Taqueria pivots to catering full-time
– Órale Taqueria, a restaurant located in downtown Paso Robles, will close its doors after Oct. 19 to focus on its growing catering business, according to owners Joel and Kristin Casillas. The couple announced their decision, citing a desire to meet the increasing demand for catering services while also spending more time with their family. Their children are currently 7 and 9.
The owners expressed gratitude for the relationships they have built with their customers, staff, and the Paso Robles community over the past nine years. “We’ve cherished every moment spent in our restaurant and are deeply grateful for the relationships we’ve built with you—our loyal customers, amazing staff, and the wonderful Paso Robles community,” they wrote in a message.
Though the restaurant is closing, Órale Taqueria will continue to offer catering services for various events, including taco bars, weddings, and corporate events. The owners stated that they remain committed to providing the authentic flavors their customers love.
