I wanted to thank Chris for coming out with a statement. That means alot.
I was surprised when I heard about this allegation. But I agree with Chris to wait for all the facts to come out before making any comments about anyone. I’m going to wait to hear all the facts. Chris Bausch deserves that.
Whomever did what to whom or how many times, this whole ‘blooming’; somewhat childish ‘bru hah-hah’ is one great big embarrassment to this city!!
All those involved should really put on their ‘big-boy’ pants, stop acting like little kids, and get back to real serious issues that effect this city.
This kind of finger-pointing does not serve anybody, especially the people who pay your salary and rightfully expect more, much more, from their elected leaders!!
Editor’s note – Comment submitted from Paso Robles Mayor John Hamon:
Councilman Bausch,
I did not and would not use your or any other colleague’s name (unless evidence has been proven otherwise ) in association with a very real conspiracy group designed to remove our current city manager from his position of employment.
You are making me wonder with this letter, combined with your posture in public meetings towards Mr. Lewis, that you may feel in your heart that you wouldn’t mind seeing this conspiracy group succeed.
I do know that we are in this unfortunate situation because of two people, not one.
Mayor John Hamon
