Holiday pop-up bars bring festive cocktails to Paso Robles
Miracle and Sippin’ Santa launch Nov. 15
– Two popular holiday pop-up bars, Miracle and Sippin’ Santa, will make their debut in San Luis Obispo County this season, with festive cocktail offerings and over-the-top holiday decor. The pop-ups will be located at 1122 Cocktail Lounge and Cane Tiki Room in downtown Paso Robles, opening Nov. 15 and running through Dec. 31.
“We wanted to bring the Christmas spirit to downtown Paso Robles and offer two Christmas-themed bars at both Cane Tiki Room and 1122 Cocktail Lounge,” said Donovan Schmit, CEO of The Park & Pine Group. “Both will be completely decked out for Christmas, including a special holiday-themed drink menu. We welcome everyone who loves Christmas to come join us for a magical experience.”
Miracle, which began as a holiday cocktail pop-up in 2014, has grown into a global event, transforming bars into hubs of holiday festivities. Its sister concept, Sippin’ Santa, offers a tropical take on the season, featuring holiday cocktails with a beachside twist.
Sippin’ Santa at Cane Tiki Room will feature cocktails by Jeff “Beachbum” Berry, including drinks like the Sugar Plum Mai Tai, Frosty the Merman, and Merry Spritzmas. Asian-fusion Pu Pu plates will also be available. Miracle at 1122 Cocktail Lounge will showcase drinks by Joann Spiegel, with offerings such as the Stocking Stuffer, Christmapolitan, and Snowball Old-Fashioned. Signature glassware will be available for purchase at both locations, with 10% of proceeds from the sales being donated to the Seva Foundation, a global nonprofit providing eye care.
Sippin’ Santa at Cane Tiki Room, located at 240 Park St., will be open Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m. More information can be found at www.canetikiroom.com.
Miracle at 1122 Cocktail Lounge, located at 1122 Pine St., will be open Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5 to 11 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Additional details can be found at www.eleven-twentytwo.com.
Both locations will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with no reservations available during the holiday pop-ups. Cameras and cell phones will be allowed.
