    Paso Robles Art Association to showcase at Art in the Park

    Art in the Park event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday

    – The Paso Robles Art Association (PRAA) will take part in the upcoming Paso Robles Art in the Park event on Nov. 2 and Nov. 3. The event will be held at the Downtown City Park, located at the intersection of Spring Street and 12th Street, with PRAA occupying Booth D. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Free parking will be available in the downtown area adjacent to the park.

    PRAA members Gisele Thompson and Christy Wilkins will share a space with the association to promote its mission. Visitors can stop by to learn more about the organization, view a variety of artwork including 2D mixed media, drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, 3D mixed media, sculpture, and jewelry, and meet the artists. They will also provide information about the gallery exhibit “Crimson Wonders,” which will hold its opening reception on Nov. 2 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Studios on the Park, located at 1130 Pine Street.

    Paso Robles Art Association to showcase at Art in the Park

    The Paso Robles Art Association is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that supports local artists and art lovers. It hosts bi-monthly member gallery displays and works to promote art through education, community outreach, and exhibitions. Members range from beginners to professionals, and the association provides opportunities for artists to display their work, participate in classes, and attend workshops.     Paso Robles Art in the Park features 130 booths with 145 independent artists and craft workers. The event is known for showcasing handmade art and crafts and is considered the premier art event in San Luis Obispo County. The park is surrounded by a variety of restaurants offering options for snacks, lunch, or dinner after the show.
