    City seeks musical talent for 2025 summer concert series 

    Paso Robles seeks musical talent for 2025 summer concert series

    Musicians interested in performing must submit a press kit by Jan. 31

    – Paso Robles Recreation Services and the Paso Robles REC Foundation are now accepting applications from performers for the 2025 Summer Concerts in the Park series. The free, family-friendly concert series, which has been an annual event since 2001, drew over 25,000 attendees during the summer of 2024. Concerts are held in the City Park gazebo and feature a range of local and regional musical acts.

    “We were thrilled with the outstanding attendance during our Summer Concerts in the Park Series last summer,” said Lynda Plescia, recreation services manager for the City of Paso Robles. “Our varied line-up of talented musicians delivered fabulous shows throughout the entire season. We’re excited to assemble another crowd-pleasing schedule of performances for the 2025 season.”

    The 2025 concerts will be held Thursdays from 6 to 8 p.m., June 12 through Aug. 28. Musicians interested in performing must submit a press kit by Jan. 31 The press kit should include a completed Band Interest Form, which is available at www.prcity.com/concertsinthepark.

    Other required materials include one to two videos of performances from the past three years, a CD demo or downloadable songs, a website or Facebook page link, a set list for a two-hour performance, and two references.

    Electronic press kits (EPKs) can be emailed to Recreation Services Volunteer Coordinator Wyatt Lund at wlund@prcity.com. Physical press kits may be sent to Concerts in the Park, Attention: Wyatt Lund, 600 Nickerson Drive, Paso Robles, CA 93446.
