    – Paso Robles measured an additional .32 inches of rain on Sunday morning, bringing the seasonal rainfall total to 2.41 inches. Measurements are taken daily at 7 a.m. at the Paso Robles Water Yard, reflecting precipitation from the past 24 hours.

Light rainfall is expected in Paso Robles again on Saturday, with forecasts showing just 0.03 inches of precipitation. The rest of the week is set to remain mild, with daytime highs ranging from the low 60s to low 70s and clear to partly cloudy skies dominating the forecast.

Temperatures will begin in the low 60s Monday before warming to a high of 71 on Thursday, the warmest day of the week. Overnight lows will dip into the upper 30s midweek but remain steady in the low-to-mid 40s by Friday and into the weekend.

Saturday’s brief rainfall is expected to give way to mostly cloudy skies Sunday, with highs in the mid-60s.

The Central Coast has mostly avoided the more extreme weather phenomena that affected other parts of the state this weekend due to this storm system. In Northern California, a tornado tore through the town of Scotts Valley. Click here to watch a video of the tornado and aftermath posted on the Weather Channel’s website.
