Thousands expected at Paso Robles New Year’s Eve event
Event will feature live music, a bonfire, and a community countdown to welcome 2025
– Paso Robles is set to host its annual New Year’s Eve Celebration at Downtown City Park, where thousands of residents and visitors are expected to gather on Dec. 31. The event will feature live music, a bonfire, and a community countdown to welcome 2025.
The celebration will run from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., with a live countdown at 9 p.m., coinciding with midnight on the East Coast. Entertainment will include a performance by the Lucky Devils Band and a bonfire to light up the night.
Attendees can enjoy beverages from local vendors, including beer by Cal Coast Beer Co., cocktails by Paso Robles Distillery Trail, wine from the Wine Merchant, and sparkling wine from Paso Secco. Proceeds from beverage sales will benefit the Paso Robles Professional Firefighters Local 4148 and the Paso Robles Police Officer’s Association.
Event organizers and the city have issued guidelines and reminders to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:
- Large crowds are expected, so attendees should allow extra time for parking and navigating the area.
- Drivers are encouraged to carpool or use rideshare services to reduce congestion and are urged to watch for pedestrians and follow traffic signs.
- Outside alcohol, chairs, and dogs are not allowed inside the event area. Limited seating will be available in the southwest corner of the park and at picnic tables in the food truck zone. Guests can set up chairs outside the roped-off event area.
- Participants are advised to dress warmly for cooler evening temperatures.
- Downtown businesses, including restaurants and cafes, will remain open during the event, offering an opportunity for attendees to support local businesses while enjoying food and drinks.
