Water tank inspection shows no wear at Golden Hill Reservoir

Inspection confirms tank coating in good condition

City of Paso Robles water staff recently conducted a dive inspection at Golden Hill Reservoir 2 as part of routine efforts to ensure the maintenance of water storage tanks, according to a recent update from city officials.

The inspection confirmed that the tank’s interior coating remains in good condition with no signs of wear. Officials noted that the coating, applied under close supervision, is performing as expected, contributing to the tank’s structural integrity and water quality.

In addition to this inspection, the city is preparing plans to recoat Golden Hill Reservoir 1. This effort is part of an ongoing commitment to providing safe, high-quality drinking water for Paso Robles residents, according to the city.
