    Library, park to close Jan. 16 for training

    – The Paso Robles City Library, located at 1000 Spring Street, and Centennial Park, at 600 Nickerson Drive, will temporarily close on Thursday, Jan. 16, for staff training and development.

    The library will remain closed for the entire day and will reopen on Friday, Jan. 17, at 9 a.m. to resume regular hours. Questions regarding the library closure can be directed to (805) 237-3870. Paso Robles City Hall and its building lobby will remain open during this time.

    At Paso Robles Centennial Park, the recreation offices, meeting rooms, gymnasium, and customer service desk will be closed, and all organized classes and meetings in the park’s classrooms and gymnasium will be canceled until 5 p.m. on Jan. 16. However, the park’s trails, picnic areas, and outdoor sports courts will remain open.

    After-school programs, including open gym and the Teen Center, will resume their regular schedules at the park on Tuesday, Jan. 21, following the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday. The park service desk will also reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 9 a.m.
