Police seeking help from community identifying shoplifting suspect 

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about the incident is asked to call dispatch

– The Atascadero Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a shoplifting incident at Miners.

According to police, the suspect left the scene in a white Kia SUV with the older Kia logo. The vehicle had a paper California legacy license plate with “Hoonigans” written in place of the state name and plate number.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about the incident is asked to call dispatch at (805) 461-5051 and refer to case number 25-0163.
