Celebrate Mother’s Day Weekend at Olive and Lavender Festival
Event aims to showcase Paso Robles’ agricultural heritage
– The fourth annual joint Paso Robles Olive and Lavender Festival will take place on Saturday, May 10, at Downtown City Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Olive Festival is in its 21st year, while the Lavender Festival began 17 years ago.
The free event will feature local farmers showcasing a variety of olive oils and lavender products. Attendees can meet producers and learn about the region’s agricultural offerings.
The festival will highlight 21 years of the Olive Festival’s history, celebrating Paso Robles and California olive producers. The local olive community will offer tastings and demonstrations, including a tour of the Olive Oil Press. We Olive will provide complimentary olive oil gelato.
Lavender producers will present demonstrations and displays throughout the park. The Hambly Lavender Farm booth will feature a Copper Still Steam Distillation demonstration.
