New housing development to bring 61 homes to Paso Robles’ Vinedo area
Community amenities to include parks, fitness center, and event barn
– Trumark Homes announced plans to build 61 single-family homes at Morada, a neighborhood within the Vinedo master-planned community in Paso Robles.
“This is a truly unique opportunity for both first-time homebuyers and those looking to downsize or retire in a tranquil, wine country setting,” said Josh Peterson, Central California division president at Trumark Homes. “New homebuyers will find thoughtfully designed homes that blend seamlessly into the picturesque landscape of Paso Robles, surrounded by vineyards and orchards.”
Morada at Vinedo will offer one- and two-story floor plans featuring modern farmhouse, wine country, and progressive Spanish designs. The homes will range from 1,409 to 2,678 square feet and include two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and two- to three-car garages. Sales are expected to begin in early 2026, with pricing anticipated to be announced in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The Vinedo community, developed by Shea Homes, will include seven amenity spaces: the Farmstand, a pool house, Olsen Creek Park, the Overlook, Oak Knoll Park, and The Vines & Meadowlark Park. Residents will have access to pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a dog park. The Farmstand will initially serve as an information and sales center before being converted into a community-supported agricultural office and farmstand with two private recreational centers. The Overlook will feature an event barn, a spa, an outdoor bar, and a clubhouse with a fitness center.
Morada at Vinedo is located within ten minutes of downtown Paso Robles, which offers shops, restaurants, and the Paso Robles Golf Club.
