City of Paso Robles receives award for Mid-State Fair spaceport display

Exhibit presented information about the proposed spaceport and its potential impact on the region
– The city of Paso Robles has received the Bar AA Award from the California Mid-State Fair for its window displays highlighting the Paso Robles Spaceport Project.
The displays were created to align with the fair’s 2024 theme, “Wide Open Spaces,” and featured the city’s plans for aerospace innovation and economic development. The exhibit presented information about the proposed spaceport and its potential impact on the region.
Partners in the project included California Polytechnic State University, REACH, Dawn Aerospace, and the Global Spaceport Alliance.
The Bar AA Award recognizes the city’s efforts in presenting a themed exhibit during the fair.
