Paso Robles hotel completes renovation, reopens restaurant

– Bellasera Hotel & Suites and its onsite restaurant, Enoteca, have reopened following a complete renovation of the property. Now part of Tapestry by Hilton, the hotel features a European-influenced design and updated amenities aimed at both visitors and locals.
The updated property includes a redesigned lobby and modernized guest accommodations. The hotel, which first opened in the 2000s, began as a concept in the 1980s. Located in Paso Robles, a region known for its more than 200 wineries and 40 wine varietals, the hotel continues to serve as a lodging option for travelers exploring California’s Central Coast.

Enoteca Restaurant & Lounge, located on site, has also reopened with a refreshed menu and interior. Executive Chef Rachael Zollo leads the kitchen, which serves dishes using local, seasonal ingredients. The menu includes items such as steak and truffle crostini, arancini, grilled branzino, and panzanella salad. The restaurant is open for breakfast, dinner, and aperitivo hours, and offers seating in a fireside conversation area and a heated outdoor patio.

The hotel features 2,200 square feet of event space, known as Sala Cantina, which is available for weddings and special events. The venue is located near several local wineries and serves as a gathering space for family and friends attending events in the area.
