Paso Robles library hosts Crafternoon on May 17
Participants can bring knitting, crocheting, or fiber art projects
– The Paso Robles City Library will host an in-person “Crafternoon” event on May 17 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the library’s conference room.
Attendees are invited to bring their own knitting, crocheting, fiber arts, or other relaxing crafts to work on during the event. The library will show the 2005 film “Pride and Prejudice” (rated PG) while keeping the lights low enough for participants to see both the screen and their projects.
The event is open to adults and is categorized under arts and crafts.
“Pride and Prejudice,” based on the novel by Jane Austen, follows the story of Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy. When they meet, Elizabeth believes he is the last man she could ever marry. As their lives become unexpectedly connected, she finds herself drawn to the person she once swore to dislike.
