Paso Robles school district names Allen Bowman ‘Community Member of the Year’

– The Paso Robles Joint Unified School District has named Allen Bowman the 2025 Community Member of the Year in recognition of his volunteer work and support for students and programs at Paso Robles High School.
Bowman is known for mentoring students, supporting athletics, and writing the weekly Bearcat News Report, which helps keep the school community informed and connected. His involvement highlights a consistent effort to celebrate student success and foster school spirit.
“Allen Bowman is the kind of community member every school district hopes to have,” said Jennifer Loftus, superintendent of the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District. “He gives his time selflessly, uplifts our students with his guidance, and shows up wherever help is needed—always with a positive attitude and genuine care.”
Bowman has dedicated many hours to supporting students and the high school’s sports programs. He is often seen at games and events, providing encouragement and assistance in various ways.
The Community Member of the Year award is given to individuals who provide exceptional service to the school district. Bowman’s contributions to Paso Robles High School were cited as significant and appreciated.
