– Regional Mexican group Banda El Recodo will perform at Vina Robles Amphitheatre on Sept. 19 with their La Madre de Todas las Bandas Tour. Tickets for the event will be available through Ticketmaster starting Friday, June 6, at 10 a.m.
Banda El Recodo, founded in 1938, has been led by the Lizárraga family since its inception. The group has won the Latin Grammy nine times and in 2003 became the first Mexican band to be invited to perform at the Latin Grammy Awards. They repeated their performance in 2008, 2010, 2015 and 2017.
In addition to their Latin Grammy Awards, Banda El Recodo has received 12 Premios Lo Nuestro awards during their career. The group has also earned five Billboard Awards in categories including Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Master Tone.
