– Templeton Library will host its last Flea Market and Maker’s Market of the season on Saturday, June 7. Vendors will open at 8 a.m. and close at 1 p.m. in the library’s parking lot at 1173 S. Main Street. The event is open to the public.
Applications for vendor space are available on the library’s website at templetonlibrary.org under the Events tab. Templeton Library will skip the July and August markets. The next market will be held on Saturday, Sept. 6.
Middle school students and vendors will offer furniture, collectibles, western gear, jewelry, and handmade crafts. Prices are described as bargain prices.
Templeton Library is a free public library funded entirely by donations, completed without government or taxpayer funding. Located across from Templeton High School, the library has a collection of hardbound books and volunteers who guide young readers. Funds from the market support library operations, book purchases, utilities, maintenance, and landscaping expenses.
