Fort Hunter Liggett hosting ‘Freedom Fest’ with music, games
Live music, axe throwing, food vendors featured at event
– Fort Hunter Liggett will open its gates to the public for its annual Freedom Fest on June 28. The event will take place at the DeAnza Baseball Field, next to the gym, with gates opening at 6 p.m.
Admission is $5 per vehicle. Activities will include live music, axe throwing, food vendors, and family-friendly games, including bouncy houses.
“Get ready to celebrate freedom at Fort Hunter Liggett’s Freedom Fest,” the public affairs office stated in a release. “Join us for a day packed with excitement for the whole family.”
The event provides an opportunity for the public to learn about Fort Hunter Liggett and its community partners.
