Sheriff’s office deputies seize firearms from South County felon 

Six firearms, including two stolen, recovered during search

– The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation into county resident Robert Ramirez, a convicted felon who was in possession of firearms.

At the conclusion of the investigation on June 12, sheriff’s detectives served a search warrant at Ramirez’s residence in the 200 block of Chaparral Lane in Nipomo. The search resulted in the seizure of six firearms, including two that had been reported stolen.

The case will be referred to the district attorney’s office for prosecution.
