Mid-State Fair adds Hospitality Tent experience for concertgoers

Tent opens one hour before concerts, closes after headliner starts

    – The California Mid-State Fair will offer concertgoers the option to upgrade their evening with access to the Hospitality Tent during all shows at the Chumash Grandstand Arena.

The Hospitality Tent provides an air-conditioned space with private amenities before concerts begin. The add-on costs between $50 and $75 per person, depending on the concert. It can be purchased when buying concert tickets at MidStateFair.com or at the Hospitality Tent entrance on the night of the show, while supplies last.

Amenities include a private no-host full bar, private executive restrooms, complimentary appetizers and bar snacks, exclusive Wi-Fi access, and a climate-controlled environment.

The Hospitality Tent opens approximately one hour before the show starts, subject to the Grandstand gates opening, and closes about 30 minutes after the main artist takes the stage. Alcohol is limited to those age 21 and over. The concert is not broadcast inside the tent.

The 2025 California Mid-State Fair runs from July 16 through July 27. This year’s theme is “Off to the Races!”
