– Vina Robles Winery will host its first National Dog Parade Day on Aug. 26 in support of Novy’s Ark Dog Rescue and Adoption.
The event will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Vina Robles tasting room, 1650 Ramada Drive, Suite 140, Paso Robles. Tickets cost $25 and include two glasses of wine, a dog treat, a custom bandana for each dog and a $5 donation to Novy’s Ark. Tickets are available through Tock.
Each participating dog will receive a treat, and their human companion will receive two glasses of wine. “Barkuterie” plates will be available, and costumes are encouraged. A photographer will be on-site to take photos of dogs and their owners.
Five dollars from every ticket sale will support Novy’s Ark’s work rescuing dogs from high-risk situations and providing shelter until they are adopted.
