New coaching and leadership practice opens in Paso Robles

– A new professional coaching and leadership practice has launched in Paso Robles, founded by Craig Law-Smith, former wellness leader at Google Japan, according to the City of Paso Robles’ latest economic newsletter.
Law-Smith holds certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coaching Federation (PCC). He also has extensive experience in Google’s Search Inside Yourself program.
The practice offers one-on-one coaching, team development and keynote talks on conscious leadership, resilience, psychological safety and adapting to change. According to the announcement, the program blends mindfulness, science and practical strategies to help leaders and organizations improve performance.
