Taste of Downtown and Arte de Tiza return to Paso Robles Sept. 20
– The 27th annual Taste of Downtown and the 20th annual Arte de Tiza will take place Sept. 20 in historic downtown Paso Robles.
The Taste of Downtown, presented by the Paso Robles Main Street Association, allows participants to sample dishes from 36 local restaurants, along with offerings from a brewery and wineries. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Ticket holders may stroll between eateries within one to three blocks of City Park.
Tickets cost $50 plus a service fee and are available at www.my805tix.com beginning Sept. 1. Proceeds benefit Main Street Association free holiday promotional events.
The Paso Robles Art Association will also host the 20th annual Arte de Tiza chalk-art celebration on Pine Street between 11th and 12th streets. Artists will begin creating chalk murals at 8 a.m. on the morning of the Taste.
