    Paso Robles Housing Authority accepting applications for board vacancy 

    Habitat for Humanity seeking volunteers in North County

    – The Housing Authority of the City of Paso Robles is accepting applications for a vacancy on its Board of Commissioners.

    Applications will be accepted until Sept. 25 for one Tenant Commissioner seat restricted to residents age 62 or older who live in Oak Park, Sunrise Villas, or River Walk Terrace. The vacancy is for the remainder of a term that expires in February 2026. The appointed commissioner will have the option to reapply in January for a new four-year term beginning in March 2026.

    The Paso Robles Housing Authority provides affordable housing and services to low- and moderate-income residents in Paso Robles and surrounding areas. The agency currently manages 449 affordable apartments for families and seniors. In addition to housing, it offers resident and youth support services and community programs.

    Board meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of each month at 5 p.m. at the Housing Authority offices, located at 901 30th Street in Paso Robles. Meetings typically last one to one-and-a-half hours.
