Día de los Muertos festival returns to Paso Robles Oct. 25
Festival to include food, artisans, dance, and live entertainment
– The Paso Robles Main Street Association and the Central Coast Hispanic Business Association will present the second annual Paso Robles Día de los Muertos Festival on Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Downtown City Park.
The event will feature traditional food, music, dance, artisans, and educational workshops. Admission and entertainment are free.
Vendor space is still available. Families may also enter their own ofrenda, or family shrine. Some will be displayed in the Carnegie Library with information about the history of ofrendas, while others will be part of the “Truck-Ofrenda Car Show” in City Park.
Vendor applications are available at pasoroblesdowntown.org under the Events tab, within the Día de los Muertos Festival section. Ofrenda applications will be posted on the site soon, according to organizers.
