Active shooter training scheduled at Paso Robles school site
Training part of ongoing preparedness program
– The Paso Robles Fire Department and Paso Robles Police Department will conduct rapid response and active shooter training exercises on Oct. 7 and Oct. 9 at the old Georgia Brown campus, located at 525 36th St.
Residents and visitors in the area should not be alarmed by the increased presence of law enforcement and fire personnel during the exercises.
According to the departments, the training is part of a series of rapid response exercises planned in the coming months. Both agencies stated they remain committed to the safety and well-being of all community members.
