Free family-friendly event celebrates Mexican heritage and tradition
– The Paso Robles Main Street Association and the Central Coast Hispanic Business Association will host the second annual Paso Robles Día de los Muertos Festival on Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Downtown City Park.
The event will feature traditional food, music, dance, artisans, educational workshops, and other cultural activities. Admission is free and open to the public.
Vendor space remains available, and participants are invited to enter a family ofrenda (family shrine). Some ofrendas will be displayed inside the Carnegie Library with information on their history, while others will be showcased in the park during the “Truck-Ofrenda Car Show” event.
Vendor applications are available at pasoroblesdowntown.org under the Events section by selecting “Día de los Muertos Festival.” Ofrenda applications will be added soon.
