Paso Robles firefighters announce promotions, new hires
Department expands to support new paramedic squad approved by council
– The Paso Robles Professional Firefighters announced the promotion and hiring of several members of the department.
Deputy Fire Chief Jay Enns, Fire Engineer Calvin Jennings, Fire Engineer Stan Atchison, and Fire Engineer/Paramedic Dustin Virgil were recognized for their leadership and experience. Firefighter Kyle Birkenfeld, Firefighter Tanner Russell, Firefighter Dillon Wade, Firefighter Nolan Binkele, and Firefighter/Paramedic Keenan Levine were also welcomed as part of the department’s growing team.
According to the department, the new hires and promotions will strengthen operations and support the implementation of a paramedic squad recently approved by the Paso Robles City Council.
