Bridge work on Niblick Road scheduled Monday
Crews will close westbound right lane from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
– The City of Paso Robles Public Works Department will perform improvement work on the Veterans Memorial Bridge that will require a temporary lane closure on Niblick Road next week.
On Monday, Dec. 8, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., crews will close a portion of the westbound right lane of Niblick Road to install a city seal medallion on the bridge column and add new lettering designating the structure as the Veterans Memorial Bridge.
The lane closure is necessary to allow contractor crews to access the bridge column and complete the enhancements. Motorists should expect minor delays and are encouraged to use caution when traveling through the work zone.
According to the city, the improvements are part of a broader effort to honor local veterans and enhance community gateways.
