Families invited to celebrate ‘Noon Year’s Eve’ at the library 

– The Paso Robles City Library will host a Noon Year’s Eve Party on Dec. 31, beginning at 11:30 a.m.

The event is scheduled ahead of the traditional New Year’s Eve celebration time and is designed for families. Activities include crafting a party hat, a themed story time, a family dance party, and a countdown to noon.

The event will take place at the Paso Robles City Library. Capacity is limited, and free tickets will be distributed starting at 11 a.m.
