Paso Lotus Club members tour westside Paso Robles
Group drive ends with patio lunch in Creston
– Members of the Paso Lotus Club gathered Jan. 12 at the Walmart parking lot in Paso Robles before setting out on a group drive through westside wine country.
The drive took participants through rural roads west of the city and ended in the town of Creston, where members had reserved seating on the heated patio at Loading Chute Restaurant.
Vehicles participating in the drive included a Lotus Super 7 driven by Dave Low, accompanied by Mary Dwight; a Lotus Elise driven by Richard Murray; Lotus Emira vehicles driven by Bob Klemme, David Thompson with Mary Ellen Kirk, Steve Carle with Maurice, and Obie Silverwood with Joy Silverwood; and a Lotus Elan driven by Dennis Sol with Marla Sol.
The gathering concluded with lunch at the restaurant patio following the group drive.
