California guardsman dies during training at Camp Roberts
Forty-one-year-old Raul Escobedo, a staff sergeant with the California Army National Guard’s 40th Infantry Division, was pronounced dead at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in San Luis Obispo, Calif., in the late evening of June 11, according to a report from the guard.
At approximately 10:30 p.m., Escobedo exhibited symptoms of a heart attack, which led soldiers in the area to begin efforts to revive Escobedo before he was flown to Sierra Vista where he was pronounced dead. California Army National Guard personnel flew Escobedo’s wife, also a National Guardsman, to the hospital shortly after his death.
Escobedo had experienced chest pains earlier in the evening and was transported to Twin Cities Community Hospital in Templeton where he was examined before being released for duty by hospital personnel, the report said. A resident of Fullerton, Calif., Escobedo served as an operations noncommissioned officer for the Division.
Immediately upon learning of his death, the California National Guard deployed behavioral health counselors and chaplains to provide counseling to Escobedo’s family and the soldiers of his unit.
What kind of testing did Twin Cities Hospital do when this young man came in complaining of heart pain hours before his fatal heart attack. I'd like to hear an explanation before I head over there for any emergency treatment.

My daughter was in Twin Cities before for a week and it was the worst experience EVER!!!!! I filed a complaint and was on the phone nearly an hour discussing everything that went wrong…. I will NEVER take a loved one back there again!!

I grew up here and if I can help it I will never goto tch ever. I have had some really bad experiences there, enough to drive 30 more miles to slo. No matter the pain.
