Housing committee to hold public meeting Feb. 12
Meeting will address development fees, fire zones, and housing projects
– The City of Paso Robles Housing Constraints and Opportunities Committee will hold a public meeting on Thursday, Feb. 12, at 2 p.m.
The meeting will take place in person at Centennial Park’s Norris Room, located at 600 Nickerson Drive in Paso Robles.
During the meeting, the committee will consider and discuss several housing-related policy and development topics. These include proposed updates to development-related user and regulatory fees, state Wildland Urban Interface requirements for high-severity fire zones, utility main panel requirements for accessory dwelling units and additional residential units, and updates on multifamily accelerator projects within the city.
Members of the public may attend the meeting in person. Written public comments may be submitted by email to planning@prcity.com. Comments received before noon on the day of the meeting will be posted to the city’s website as an addendum to the agenda. Written comments should reference the applicable agenda item by number or title.
