– DIGS Vacation Rentals announced the promotion of Chelsea Cooke to Field Operations Manager, according to a news release.
Cooke joined the company nearly four months ago as a field inspector. The company said her attention to detail, expediency, and accuracy set a high standard in the field, and her ability to build working relationships helped improve operational efficiency across its portfolio.

“Chelsea has truly impressed us from day one,” said Kathy Kelly, owner of DIGS Vacation Rentals. “Her work ethic, leadership abilities, and commitment to excellence have elevated our field operations in a very short period of time. This promotion is incredibly well deserved, and I am excited to see her continue to grow and lead within our organization.”
Cooke said she looks forward to the new role and plans to support the continued success of the company.
