Youth basketball skills clinic coming to Paso Robles High School
Clinic open to boys and girls in 4th through 8th grade
– A one-day youth basketball skills clinic will take place Saturday, March 22, at the Paso Robles High School gym, open to boys and girls in 4th through 8th grade.
The clinic is presented by 3Ball Academy and led by Mike Wozniak, a Cal Poly Basketball Hall of Famer, alongside camp director Justin Lourenco.
The curriculum includes instruction in dribbling, passing, shooting, and footwork, as well as skill-based competitive stations, small-sided 2-on-2 and 3-on-3 games, and live competition scenarios tailored to each player’s age and ability.
“We are thrilled to bring this level of training back to the Paso Robles community,” said Wozniak. “Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where every player, regardless of their starting point, can build confidence and master the fundamentals of the game. We are especially grateful for the partnership with Justin Winery, which allows us to ensure that more local students have the opportunity to participate and grow through the sport.”
A limited number of need-based scholarships are available exclusively for qualified Paso Robles Joint Unified School District students. Families interested in scholarship assistance must complete the registration form and indicate their interest, and scholarship spots will be confirmed directly by staff.
