Silent auction fundraiser supports Georgia Brown school programs

Auction includes trips, concert tickets, and local experiences

    – The Georgia Brown Parent Teacher Organization will host its second annual silent auction benefit, “Let’s Bloom Together,” on April 17 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Studios on the Park in Paso Robles.

The event will bring together families, local businesses, and community members to raise funds in support of students at Georgia Brown Dual Immersion School.

“With education budgets tightening, community support has never been more important,” said Courtney Perales, president of the Georgia Brown Parent Teacher Organization. “This event is a celebration of what makes Paso Robles special — neighbors, businesses, and families coming together to invest in our students and their future.”

Organizers state the event follows the inaugural auction held the previous year and will include donated experiences and prizes from local businesses and community supporters.

Attendees will have access to live music, charcuterie prepared by Alba Provisions, food from the Paso Robles Culinary Academy, and an open bar serving beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages. The event will also feature more than 50 silent auction packages.

Auction offerings include a one-hour helicopter ride over the Central Coast with Sinton Helicopters, a private airplane tour of San Luis Obispo County with Paso Robles Mayor John Hamon, premium tickets to a 2026 Los Angeles Football Club Major League Soccer match with food and beverages included, a three-night retreat at Lake Nacimiento, concert tickets to Ringo Starr and His All-Starr Band at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, and additional wine country tours, coastal trips, and spa experiences.

Tickets are available in advance online and will also be sold at the door.

Georgia Brown Dual Immersion School, located in Paso Robles, opened in 1998 as a bilingual kindergarten through eighth-grade institution. The school provides a dual-language curriculum in English and Spanish designed to support academic achievement and cultural awareness.
