Paso Robles Olive & Lavender Festival returns May 9
Free event features tastings, demonstrations, and local vendors
– The Paso Robles Olive & Lavender Festival will return to Paso Robles City Park on May 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The festival is presented by the Downtown Paso Robles Main Street Association.
The free event will take place in downtown Paso Robles and will feature California-grown olive and lavender products, along with demonstrations and artisan vendors.
Organizers say guests can sample olive oils from California producers, watch live lavender essential oil distillation demonstrations by Hambly Lavender Farm, and browse a curated marketplace featuring olive and lavender artisans. The event will also include handcrafted goods, specialty foods, fine gifts, lavender honey gelato for purchase, and educational demonstrations throughout the day.
Attendees can walk through the park and downtown area while visiting participating businesses. Shops that are part of the Main Street program will offer festival specials, and visitors can pick up an official festival program to find participating locations and offers.
The association said the event has become a tradition in Paso Robles, with a walkable downtown setting that allows visitors to taste, shop, and explore at their own pace.
The festival will be held at Paso Robles City Park, and admission is free.
