Sheriff’s office shares emergency info at Oak Shores event 

– The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office participated in the Oak Shores Community Firewise Safety and Boat Safety Event.

Commander Sandra Arauza and Resident Senior Deputy Tyler Hammon spoke with residents about Smart911 and how to receive critical information during emergencies.

The event provided an opportunity to share resources and information related to fire safety and boat safety.

The Sheriff’s Office said it engages in community events to connect with residents and provide information on emergency preparedness.
