Bob Simoni launches Paso Robles council campaign
Candidate outlines four-part platform for Paso Robles
– Bob Simoni announced this week that he is running for the District 2 seat on the Paso Robles City Council.
Simoni said he launched his campaign six months before the November election.
He said he believes the City Council needs a new voice, noting that several current council members have served for more than 15 years.
Simoni said he does not own a business or land in Paso Robles outside of his home and would approach council decisions without conflicts of interest.
His campaign slogan is “Preserve What We Love, Provide What We Need.”
Simoni’s platform includes smart growth, improving roads, fiscal responsibility, and preserving open space.
He said his approach to decision-making would focus on how policies affect most Paso Robles residents, with particular attention to District 2.
