Mid-State Fair volunteers can earn fair season passes this summer
Participants who complete 10 hours will receive fair admission
– The California Mid-State Fair is seeking volunteers for its Friends of the Fair program as preparations continue for this year’s event.
According to the fair, volunteers will assist with activities aimed at supporting local culture and agriculture while helping create experiences for fair attendees.
The program offers participants opportunities to meet people, work flexible shifts, and gain experience in event management and community engagement. Volunteers who complete 10 hours will earn a season pass, according to the fair.
Organizers said volunteers help create the “memories, excitement, and community spirit” associated with the annual event.
The 2026 fair will feature a “Back to the ’80s” theme, along with concerts, rodeo events, exhibits, livestock displays, and additional attractions.
More information and volunteer registration are available at the California Mid-State Fair volunteer sign-up page.
