War Memorial Stadium cleanup Aug. 23
Grab a rake, a friend and lend a hand to Bearcat Boosters
The community is encouraged to join members of the Bearcat Boosters this Saturday, Aug. 23, for their annual War Memorial Stadium cleanup day. Volunteer crews will start cleaning and preparing the stadium and field at 9 a.m. for the upcoming football season.
Bring along a helpful attitude as well as brooms, rakes and cleaning supplies and join in on the cleanup, set to wrap up no later than noon. The morning’s efforts will go a long way in showing support for all Bearcat athletes, coaches, and parents as they prepare for a new season of sports.
“Football games are an important source of revenue for the athletic department and pay for the officials that all Paso High sports teams need in order to compete,” said Paso Robles High School Athletic Director Tom Harrington.
War Memorial Stadium is located on the campus of Flamson Middle School at Spring and 24th Streets.
