Atascadero 2015 t-ball registration is now open
Registration for the City of Atascadero’s Spring T-Ball League are now being accepted at the Colony Park Community Center on Traffic Way, Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Registration ends Feb. 6. The cost per child is $81.50, with a $10 late fee for those who register February 9–13. The fee includes team t-shirt, hat, team and individual pictures as well as participation awards.
The Spring T-Ball League is open to all five and six year old boys and girls. It will focus on teaching the basics of baseball in a low-key and instructional atmosphere and the goal is to have fun. All players must be five years old on or before March 14.
Opening ceremonies will be held on Saturday, March 14. Practices will begin on March 16 and league games will begin on March 24. All games will take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Paloma Creek Park.
Coaches and sponsors are needed to run this program. There will be a coach’s meeting, Wednesday, February 25 at 5:30 p.m. at the Colony Park Community Center.
