    Local grad Jesse Horne graduates from West Point

    Cadet Jesse Joseph Horne, son of Joe and Debbie Horne of Paso Robles, graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point recently with his family in attendance.

    A 2011 graduate of Paso Robles High School, Horne concentrated his studies in Engineering Management with a focus in Environmental Studies. He was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army within the Aviation branch and recently reported to Fort Rucker, Alabama for his first assignment, according to a USMA press release.
