Paso Robles man arrested for felony child abuse

– 27-year-old Paso Robles man Francisco Javier Chavez has been arrested for felony child abuse of a two-year-old girl, according to the Paso Robles Police Department.
On Wednesday, at approximately 7:17 p.m., the police department was contacted by a social worker from San Luis Obispo County Child Welfare Services regarding a child who was being treated for significant injuries at a hospital in Madera.
The initial report indicated that the child had initially been treated at Twin Cities Community Hospital on Tuesday night before being transferred to the hospital in Madera due to the extent of her injuries.
Detectives responded and learned that the victim had multiple fractures and other injuries that were inconsistent with the description of events reported by the child’s mother and her live-in boyfriend, identified as 27-year-old Paso Robles resident Francisco Javier Chavez.
Further investigation led to the arrest of Chavez for felony child abuse. Chavez was transported back to the Paso Robles police department and later booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail.

Most Definately pretty sad for someone who is supposed to be a good father. Well all I can say if he is convicted for the crime.. He must pay for the punishment a 100%. Let the Law of the hands take care of him.
I thought I heard on the radio that he's also been deported before and that Immigration wanted him but he was released on bond.
Run for your lives, this career criminal has been released from jail to Paso Robles by the Sheriff's Department on a low bail (for a drug dealer)by some SLO County judge, even though there was an ICE detainer on him (he is an illegal immigrant who has been deported once and came back).
The girlfriend and mother of the child needs to ask for police protection since it's only her testimony that condemns him as the child abuser.
