Tribute to Leonard Cohen at D’Anbino Cellars Sept. 25
Karen Tyler will be one of the artists performing in the tribute.
– Songwriters At Play will be celebrating the 81st birthday of poet and folk-rock icon Leonard Cohen. Local musicians and touring artists will interpret Cohen’s ballads and pop anthems, ranging from “Suzanne” and “Bird on a Wire” to “Dance Me to the End of Love” and “Hallelujah.”
The performers include Shannon Savage, Kiki Ebsen, Jeanne Newhall, Karen Tyler (pictured), Rags and Bones, CV Wells, Dave Cipriani, James Houlahan, Ragged Company, and Rob Kimball.
Reservations are recommended at (805) 227-6800 ext. 700. Tickets are $12. Show begins at 7 p.m., but attendees are welcome to come early to relax with a glass of wine.
Songwriters At Play concerts are held twice-monthly on Fridays at D’Anbino Cellars, 710 Pine St., Paso Robles.
