High-powered telescope coming to Library 

Richard Wade.

– Weather and cloud cover permitting, Richard Wade will be setting up his high-powered telescope to view the moon and possibly Saturn on Sept. 23 at the Paso Robles City Library. The event begins at 6:30 p.m.

Richard Wade has Master’s Degrees in Educational Psychology and Art, and has presented information about science throughout the state of California. Wade has created unique objects to clearly explain scientific concepts, and uses them in his presentations.
