    Home and garden expo happening in SLO

    home expo slo– Come meet the experts from the community who can help you create a beautiful living environment, make a space more comfortable or fix an issue in your home. Attend the Inspired Home and Garden Expo of San Luis Obispo on Sept. 19 and 20 at the Alex Madonna Expo Center. See products at work in person, touch and feel the textures of what could be your future flooring, countertops, or cabinets, and find necessary resources to keep your house safe and clean such as heating and air professionals, water filters, alarm companies, and more.

    New this fall are a couple of beautiful rooms showcasing a variety of exhibitor’s products and skills to create two completed rooms for you to walk through. The event gives you the opportunity to build relationships with the people who can help you make your dreams become reality.

    2:15 p.m. Home Fire Prevention Workshop The American Red Cross
    3 p.m. Canning with Ingrid Hilton, Master Food Preserver of Talley Farms

    Sunday September 20th

    12:45 p.m. DIY: Quick & Easy Gourmet Meals By Lauren Persall of Dream Dinners
    1:30 p.m. Farm Supply Workshop: Rainwater Harvesting Collection By Jeff Helton of Bushman USA
    2:15 p.m. Beautifying your Landscape in a Drought By Al Hummel of Ultimate Green Lawns & Easy Turf
    3 p.m. The Joys of Juicing (Blending) Andrea Chavez – Produce Expert of Talley Farms

    This bi-annual event brings together over 100 local home and garden professionals throughout San Luis Obispo County. Vendors and products will include landscapers, contractors, kitchen, bath, and cabinetry experts, interior designers, roofers, spas, alarm systems, solar energy professionals, and others.

    This event is an opportunity for new and current homeowners, anyone interested in updating or remodeling their home, and anyone interested in resources and ideas for their home and garden all in one place, and for free.
