Wastewater tertiary treatment facilities project up for public review
–The City of Paso Robles will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act for the Paso Robles tertiary treatment facilities project.
A mitigated negative declaration means an initial study has been prepared and a determination can be made that no significant environmental effects will occur because revisions to the project have been made or mitigation measures will be implemented which will reduce all potentially significant impacts.
The 30-day public review period for the proposed mitigated negative declaration commenced on Nov. 7, and will end on Dec. 6. The initial study, which provides the basis for this determination, is available for viewing at the Paso Robles Community Development Department, located at City Hall, or it can be downloaded here.
