–The Paso Robles CAB Collective has announced four marque wineries have joined its growing ranks: Clos Solène, San Antonio Winery, The Farm Winery and RN Estate Vineyard and Winery.

    The new CAB Collective wineries:

    Clos Solène

Coming from France’s Languedoc, Clos Solène’s founder Guillaume Fabre came to Paso Robles in 2004 and launched his label (a tribute to his wife, Solène). Since then, Guillaume has crafted scores of 90+-rated small-lot wines, from cabernet sauvignon to dessert wines.

    San Antonio Winery

Founded in 1917, this original “urban winery” was one of the few producers in Los Angeles to survive Prohibition. The family-owned winery has expanded and now includes a winery and tasting room in Paso Robles.

    The Farm Winery

During a couples vacation in Napa 30-some years ago, winemaker Santiago Achaval and his companions were smitten by the vineyards and the winemaking lifestyle. A few years later they found themselves in Paso Robles, declaring it “God’s country” and planted their wine roots.

    RN Estate Vineyard and Winery

Owner Roger Nicolas started dreaming as a young boy growing up on his parents farm in a remote countryside village of Brittany, France. Decades later, RN Estate Vineyard and Winery produces popular food-friendly wines on hilltop fields with cool nights and well-drained slopes of sandy clay loam with traces of limestone and river stones.
